Red Stag Timber Student Day
The Student Day, kindly sponsored by Red Stag Timber has been held on Monday 25 November at Toi Ohomai (Mokoia Campus). This event was run by students for students. Please wear dark colour clothing in respect of local marae customs.
We are planning a day of student talks, with a few activities in between. You do not need to present to come to student day, and food and drinks will be provided. Let us know if you are keen to come, and what you may want to gain from student day, by filling out this online form.
Students will be asked at time of conference registration if you’d like to attend Student Day.

Meet up location
In the morning of Monday 25 November, gather outside the marae between 8.45 and 9.20 for a 9.30 pōwhiri start. To get to the Marae, turn left into gate 2 and make way to the outside of the Marae where there will be people to greet you.
Student talks
If you want to share your conference presentation at Student Day you can express this interest when you submit your abstract. Plan on 15 minutes (12min + 3min for questions).
