Things to note:

• Helmets are included with all of hires.
• Bikes are supplied with flat pedals, though you can bring your own or choose to rent SPD style at the time of your booking if desired. 
• The forest is rideable in all weather, and there is no entry fee for non-commerical operators.
• There is a handy  online map of the forest network here at https://www.mtbrotorua.co.nz/trails so you can plan your ride route.  If in doubt just come in and see our friendly crew for recommendations
• The conference venue is very close to the forest. The main entrance to the forest trail network is also the location of the main Mountain Bike Rotorua WAIPA BASE. 
• Mountain Bike Rotorua operates the Mountain Bike Rotorua Shuttle service in the forest. Daily public operations, and private charter options' details can be found here at  https://www.mtbrotorua.co.nz/shuttles
