Cancellations:                                                                              
Cancellation or amendments of individual bookings must be notified no later than 48 hours prior to 2.00pm on the expected day of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. All cancellations or amendments notified less than 48 hours prior to 2.00pm on the expected dates of arrival will be charged for the full cost of the stay. In the case of a "no show" one night's accommodation will be charged to credit card details or deposit will not be refunded Keys with directions to your room shall be left in the letterbox outside reception. If you have not arrived by the following morning any further nights will be cancelled.
