Every year for the last four years Jin Lee crochets soft toys, sells them under the name Jingerjam and then gives all the proceeds to a charity (there is a little more information below). All the toys are made by hand by Jin, and this year she has made a fair few native species (see below)! They make excellent gifts for children and are safe for all ages. The simplest of these toys typically takes Jin a minimum of four hours to make, which she does in her spare time after work, so please be generous and help her support our local charities. A few of the smaller bears and the elephants are being sold for a set price, while the larger toys and some of the one offs are going to be sold in a silent auction.I am going to try to be around with the toys set up at a table during every lunch time, so if you would like to see the toys first hand and nab one just keep an eye out for the crochet table.
