Transport Information

We recommend & have organised...

Lincoln local NZ Look Shuttles to help group incoming/outgoing delegates together at conveniently time tabled trips between the airport and Lincoln. Less carbon, less cost and more fun!

Simply email your name, flight #, arrival date by 28 Nov to hello@nzlookshuttles.co.nz and they will confirm your pickup.

Cost $25 each direction (cash or bank transfer) or $28 (credit card). Invoices and receipts can be provided.

Bicycle
Prefer pedal power? Talk with Natural High who are not far from the airport. They don't usually open on Sundays but get in touch and they will see what they can do! http://www.naturalhigh.co.nz/contact/

Taxis

Taxi ranks can be found outside the International Arrivals Hall (exit through door 7). It might cost $45-65, but prices can vary depending on the company. Taxi companies take VISA and MasterCard. Taxi drivers do not expect a tip.

App-based transport

Ola, Zoomy and Uber are available in Christchurch, to meet your driver exit the terminal and follow the signs to the Rideshare Pick-up Zone located behind the Express Park (car park building). Passengers are dropped off in The Loop. Please note it can be difficult to get a Uber or Zoomy ride from Lincoln to the airport.

Bus

Regular Metro Red Bus services connect the airport to the city centre and many other locations in Christchurch. You can buy your tickets from the driver. Buses depart from the northern end of the International Arrivals Hall, between the terminal and the Long Stay car park (exit through Door 9 past the Vodafone counter).
