Student Day

Student day is a great opportunity to gain conference experience in a relaxed atmosphere with your peers. This year’s student day will have plenary talks from early career researchers, a panel discussion from ecologists in industry and academia, talks from other students, activities, and free food! It is a great chance to meet other students, learn about some exciting research, and get an idea of what could be in store for you after university.  

We are looking for students who want to present their research at the student day. Students can also practice their presentation on the student day before delivering it at the main conference.  

If you are interested in presenting at the student day, just make sure you have your abstract submitted for the conference. Then when registering for the Student Day ensure you tick the “Yes, I am interested in practicing my conference presentation at the Student Day” box. 

A more detailed programme will be provided here on the webpage closer to the day.
