Kanohi ki te kanohi

This year's conference is primarily focused on an in person conference experience. Presenters have been asked to present in person with virtual presentation only used in event of a last minute disruption or special situation. For virtual viewers only options please keep an eye on the registration webpage for an early November announcement.

Preparing for your presentation at the conference...

Presenters are requested to upload presentations here, well before the session in which you are scheduled to speak, in order to ensure a smooth conference. Please also bring your presentation on a USB stick for backup purposes. Projector format is 16x9 (widescreen). Each room at the venue will have a data projector, laptop, screen and sound system along with internet. WIFI is also available for visitors.

At the conference a designated support person will be in your presentation room to ensure all talks are loaded during breaks. Please check-in with them at least two breaks prior to your session to ensure that your presentation is correct and ready to go. You will have 15 minutes allocated for your presentation, 12 minutes speaking with 3 minutes of questions. Refer to the programme for your time.

If you have videos or animations in your presentation, please embed the files in your presentation and transfer the video file together with your presentation. APPLE MAC USERS – please ensure your presentation can run on Windows. If any additional equipment is required, please advise us in advance. To aid transition speed, plugging in your own computer is not encouraged instead presenters are asked to use the lectern computer available.

Presenting a poster?

Please bring your poster with you on Tuesday. The team at the check-in desk will direct you where to go. Materials for hanging will be supplied and your poster location will be indicated by the number matching the programme. Please note that at the Poster & Networking Reception poster presenters are asked to be present alongside their poster. Please stay tuned to housekeeping and event app alerts for more information at the conference.

Shared presentation permission & virtual conferencing

If you are happy to share your presentation following the conference simply upload a pdf version here. This is for both talk and poster presentations.

Virtual registration has been offered but no recording is occurring.
