Rooms are being held for NZES delegates at set rates by accommodation providers within walking distance of the conference venue. Read the details on how to make a booking. Offers are available until one month prior to the conference or until room allocation is exhausted.

Hayward College is pleased to offer bed and breakfast accommodation for the NZES Conference.
It is well located with a 3 minute walk to the University Campus and a short walk to the central city.
Hayward College has 174 fully furnished rooms with king single beds across multiple levels. There is lift access, University WIFI, shared bathrooms and basic kitchenette facilities. A continental breakfast will be served in the main dining room. The room rate includes linen - towels will be provided at an extra cost.

These consist of a basic kitchenette which has a microwave, jug, toaster, and small fridge. Access to shared laundry. The apartment has all modern conveniences, including sky TV, DVD player/stereo, hairdryer, and direct dial phone with voicemail. Bathroom facilities include shower and toilet. Our Studio apartments come with a king bed, can come with 2 single beds upon request (maximum occupancy – 2 pax).
One Bedroom Apartment

These consist of a full Kitchenette which has a microwave, jug, toaster, and small fridge as well has a stove hob and dishwasher. The King Bed is in a separate room with a small dinning and lounge area. The apartment has all modern conveniences, including sky TV, DVD player/stereo, hairdryer, and direct dial phone with voice mail. Bathroom facilities include shower over a bath, toilet and private washing machine and dryer. An additional single bed can be added (maximum occupancy – 2 pax).
