From the Airport

The airport is located about 20 minutes' drive from Christchurch city centre. All major car agencies have service desks located at Christchurch International Airport, otherwise the airport is serviced by shuttles, taxis and bus services.

App-based transport
Uber and Ola operate to and from the airport. You need an account with the app and must order your car from your mobile phone.

Please note that the Uber driver cannot pick you up from outside of the airport. You will have to make your way to the Rideshare Pick up Point on Perimeter Road.
