We'd like to encourage you to stay at the conference hotels as this will mean that everyone is in the same place giving more opportunity for you to network with new friends outside of the conference hours.
Please note all rates are per room per night, excluding breakfast and including GST.

Booking:
Accommodation Bookings are made via the REGISTRATION FORM. For any changes to bookings, please contact the conference organisers directly at amn11@confer.co.nz. Please do not contact the hotels directly if you have made your booking during the registration.
Cancellation:
Free cancellation is available until 8 January 2025. Cancellations from 30 to 1 day prior to arrival and "no shows" will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking. Credit card details must be provided to secure the booking. This card must be valid on the day of check-out of the hotel.
