We are a New Zealand Business and all transactions are in NZ dollars and subject to GST (15%)

Registration Inclusions

The full conference or student registration includes:

Entrance to all conference sessions
Lunches, morning and afternoon teas
Icebreaker Reception on Sunday 9 February
Conference Dinner on Wednesday 12 February

The full or student registration fee does not include:

The day registration (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) includes:

Entrance to conference sessions on the selected day
Lunch, morning and afternoon tea on the selected day

The day registration does not include

Accommodation
Social functions are an additional cost - Icebreaker Reception $80 per person/Conference Dinner $140 per person

Registration cancellation and refund policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to amn11@confer.co.nz. Cancellations received on or before 19 December 2024 (New Zealand time) will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 19 December 2024 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time with no change fee.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
