Connect and network with other attendees at the conference dinner taking place at the gorgeous Transitional Cathedral on Thursday 6th October.
Designed by Japanese architect Shigeru Ban following the Christchurch earthquakes, this iconic venue is a symbol of the significant rebuild undertaken in the city. It is the only Cathedral in the world made sustainably and stands proud as one of the most recognisable inner-city landmarks.
The building is made from large cardboard tubes with steel shipping containers creating walls and housing small chapels and offices. Triangular windows, facing Latimer Square, depict images from the original Cathedral’s stained-glass Rose windows and create an impressive sight.
