  • Better Resident Outcomes
    Workshops designed to highlight approaches and practices to deliver great results for community housing residents.  Participants will hear directly from organisations delivering innovative services and supports to improve outcomes along with approaches to measure success and improvements in wellbeing. Designed to support people at any stage of their career and organisations of all sizes and experience in housing.

  • Facing into the Future
    Workshops focussed on how the community housing sector can affect the system change required to fundamentally improve housing outcomes for all New Zealander’s.  Participants will work together to agree tools and strategies to elevate the influence of community housing providers.  Designed to support people and organisations to become active housing system citizens, working across communications, policy and senior leadership roles.

  • Going for Growth
    Workshops designed to prepare organisations to increase the supply of new quality, affordable homes.  Participants will develop skills to assess organisational preparedness to grow, evaluate legal structures, considerations for site selection, managing the design and build process, options for finance, and maintaining quality homes long term. Designed to support people and organisations that are early in their journey to building homes. 

  • Homelessness Responses and Prevention
    Workshops designed to share learnings, practice and research to collectively achieve better outcomes when responding to and preventing homelessness.  Participants will learn about and contribute to the development of tools and approaches that will support effective practice. Designed to support practitioners and organisations to consider the realities, challenges and the broader implications of homelessness.   

  • Strengthening Providers
    Workshops designed to strengthen organisations, their staff and governance.  Practical sessions on staff development, governance, working in partnership with communities, and building resilient teams.   Designed to support people at any stage of their career and organisations of all sizes and experience in housing. 

  • Strengthening Operations
    Workshops designed to support housing providers do their core activities well. Practical sessions on tenancy management and housing development designed to encourage dialogue and information on good practice.  Designed to support people in both functional and leadership roles improve their operations.
