Please note, Auckland Council now charge for street parking 24/7. This used to be free after 6pm.

Te Āhuru - Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation is a brand-new purpose-built property ideally located in the heart of the student hub of Auckland CBD.

We are pleased to offer delegates this option of a budget-friendly, private room and only a quick 1min walk to AUT City Campus! The 16sqm studio room comprises of a king single bed, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette (two hob cook top, microwave, fridge/freezer). Please note, linen provided will be plain, and not as pictured in photo.

You will find plenty of spots to relax in the spacious and light-filled common areas. At the end of the day, relax on the couches and enjoy some time catching up with fellow delegates. Access to the communal kitchen included.
