Full Conference Registration inclusions
- Entrance to all conference sessions
- Morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas
- Entrance to Student Day on Monday 30 November 2026 (open to students only)
- Evening social functions (see social functions page)
- Entrance to all conference sessions of the day selected
- Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea of the day selected
- Any function offered on the day of attendance
Carbon Emissions
Method of calculating carbon credits
Using carbon calculators (co2.myclimate.org & calculator.toitu.co.nz), an estimated carbon offset has been calculated for the event footprint as well as anticipated travel and accommodation (based on previous data).
How the funds will be distributed
A New Zealand charitable organisation with carbon offsetting activities will be selected by the 2026 organisers as a recipient for collected funding.

Registration cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to nzes@confer.co.nz.
Cancellations received on or before 30 September 2026 will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration. Cancellations received after 30 September 2026 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time. Please email us at nzes@confer.co.nz.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
