Students within a broad field of ore deposits research are invited and encouraged to participate in the 16th SGA Biennial Meeting. The meeting will offer a great opportunity for students to interact with leading scientists, other young researchers, and the industry in an inspired and informal environment.

The following incentives are being offered to encourage strong student participation at the 16th SGA Biennial Meeting:

• Heavily discounted registration fees

The registration fees for all students are at a reduced level, SGA Student Members paying the lowest registration fees.

• Discounted Short Course fees

Short Courses have discounted registration fees for students. Following receipt of applications (now closed), SGA has awarded 7 students a free short course registration.

• Students Forum 

A function where students can meet Industry representatives. Included in the conference registration fee.

• Subsidy of student registration fees 

Following receipt of applications (now closed), SGA has awarded free conference registration to 19 students presenting at the 16th SGA Biennial Meeting.
