Registration

The conference has finished, thanks to those who registered and attended.

Access to all sessions and all conference activities requires registration. Participants are encouraged to register in advance and as early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fees.

Registration fees:

The registration fees listed below include access to all technical sessions, the virtual exhibition and virtual social and networking events. Registration for short courses and workshops requires additional payment of fees specific to the course.

Early bird registration is available until 15 February 2022.

Short courses

Separate registration is required for the Short Courses. Please refer to the short courses page for short course and workshop fees.

Payments

The registration fees include New Zealand 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Please note that all payments must be made in advance and in New Zealand Dollars.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to the organising committee. The registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received before 15 February 2022. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Please note that a processing fee of $100 will be deducted from all refunds.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
