Social Programme
The SGA 2021 Meeting social programme aims to provide a mix of organised social events and a relaxed atmosphere for conference delegates and accompanying persons to interact and network in an informal setting.
Welcome Function
Sunday 14 November
All SGA 2021 Meeting delegates and accompanying persons are invited to attend the evening Welcome Function in the Trade Exhibition area (included in the conference registration package). Advance registration is required. The reception will include finger food and drinks.
Industry/Student Function
Monday 15 November
The Industry/Student Function is an event designed to provide an opportunity for students to meet Industry representatives and research colleagues. All registered conference delegates and accompanying persons are invited (included in the conference registration package). The function will be held in the Trade Exhibition area and will include finger food and drinks. Advance registration is required.
Optional evening activities
Tuesday 16 November
Three optional activities will be organised:
- Māori cultural evening and dinner
- Wine tasting
- Bar evening
Gala Dinner
Wednesday 17 November
Advance registration is required. The function will include dinner and drinks.
Farewell Function Dinner
Thursday 18 November
Advance registration is required. The function will include dinner and drinks.
