Short Courses

SGA 2021 is calling for Short Course proposals for consideration. Selected proposals will be included in the conference programme and are intended to provide an opportunity to share your knowledge and experience. 

Several 1-day and 2-day short courses will be held on Saturday 13 November, Sunday 14 November and Friday 19 November. 

Thank you to those of you who have already submitted your short course proposals! We have received some really great and valuable suggestions and encourage you to continue sending your ideas through for consideration!

• Structural geology of orogenic gold deposits: primary and secondary controls on ore distribution in deposits and districts (2-day)
  

• Enhancement and structural interpretation of geophysical data at the prospect to lithospheric scale: applications to mineral exploration (2-day)
  
• Geology, Genesis and Exploration of Epithermal Ore Deposits (1-day)
  
• Exploration Geochemistry: Applying the Fundamentals

• An introduction to machine learning and multivariate data analysis (1-day)
