What does full registration include?

  • Entry to all conference sessions 
  • Access to Exhibition area

  • The Networking Reception on Wednesday 30 July
  • PLD Workshop for DPs in their first 2 years (subject to space)

Not included:

  • The Gala Dinner on Thursday 31 July, can be purchased as an optional addition
  • Accommodation and travel, including insurance and airport transfer

2019 Opening Session

Payment

Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are expressed in $NZ and include GST of 15%. For group bookings, please contact the conference organisers before completing your registration, nasdap@confer.co.nz.

If you do request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days or advise us if your organisation has a payment schedule that falls outside of this. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

Cancellation & refund policy

  • Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to nasdap@confer.co.nz
  • Cancellations received on or before 20 June 2025 will be charged an administration fee of $100
  • No refund will be given for registration cancellations received from 21 June 2025 including “no shows” at the conference
  • Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
