The Full Conference fee includes: 

  • Entrance to all conference sessions
  • Morning and afternoon teas (as per programme)
  • Lunches (as per programme)
  • 1 complimentary ticket to the Welcome Function on Wednesday 16 September 2026
Not included:

  • Ticket to the Conference Dinner on Thursday 17 September 2026, can be purchased as an optional addition

The Day Pass fee includes: 

  • Entrance to all conference sessions on the day selected
  • Daily catering (as per programme)

Not included:

  • Ticket to the Welcome Function on Wednesday 16 September 2026, can be purchased as an optional addition
  • Ticket to the Conference Dinner on Thursday 17 September 2026, can be purchased as an optional addition

Member Rates
Member rates apply to HASANZ members only.

Payment
Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are in $NZ. For group bookings, please contact the conference organisers before completing your registration hasanz2026@confer.co.nz.

If you request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days or advise us if your organisation has a payment schedule that falls outside of this. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

Registration cancellation and refund policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to hasanz2026@confer.co.nz. Cancellations received on or before 25 June 2026 will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 26 June 2026 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time with no change fee.

Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
