We'd like to encourage you to all stay at the conference hotels as this will mean that everyone's in the same place, giving more opportunity for you to network with new friends outside of the conference hours.

Please note all rates are per room per night, excluding breakfast and including GST.

Accommodation Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking:  You can conveniently book your accommodation during the conference registration process. To read more and register, please click here. If you are already registered and would like to add accommodation to your booking, please email us at hasanz2026@confer.co.nz. 

Payment: No pre-payment is required. Payment must be made directly to the hotel when you check in/out. Credit card details must be provided to secure the booking, but your card will not be charged (unless you do not show or you provide a late cancellation). This card must be valid on the day of check-out of the hotel.

Cancellation:
Free cancellation is available until 13 August 2026. Cancellations from 30 to 1 day prior to arrival and "no shows" will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking.
