You are about to begin the registration process for the HASANZ 2026 Conference.

  • All information should be typed in upper and lower case (eg. First name Surname)

  • You should receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of registering. If you do not receive an email, please send us an email at hasanz2026@confer.co.nz 

Payment 

  • All transactions are in NZ$ and inclusive of 15% GST (GST #67-050-711)
  • Payment must be made at the end of the registration process by credit card; a receipt will be emailed with your confirmation

Accommodation

We’ve negotiated special discounted rates at a few of Wellington's hotels near the conference venue. We encourage you to stay at the selected conference hotels as this gives you more opportunity to network with conference delegates outside of the conference hours.

We strongly encourage you to book your room below today, as any unsold rooms are released by the hotels in the lead up to the conference. This may mean paying a higher rate to stay there later on.

Payment:

  • No pre-payment is required. Payment must be made directly to the hotel when you check in/out. 
  • Credit card details must be provided to secure your booking, your card will not be charged at this time. The credit card will only be charged when you check-out, if you do not show or you provide a late cancellation.

  • Cancellations must be received in writing to hasanz2026@confer.co.nz before 13 August 2026. Cancellations received from 13 August 2026 will be charged 100% of the reservation fee.
