Registration Fees

To qualify for reduced member fee you need to be a current financial, honorary or complimentary member. New members are welcome to take advantage of this benefit but your membership subscription will need to be paid prior to your registration being made. For details on becoming a members, please see below.

Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are expressed in $NZ and include GST of 15%. For Group bookings or invoice payments, please contact the conference organisers before completing your registration, gsnz@confer.co.nz.

If you do request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

NOTE: If the in-person event has to be changed to a virtual format, registration fees will be adjusted accordingly. Delegates who have already registered will receive a partial refund for any difference in registration fees from the in-person fees to the virtual fees.

If you are oversees or are immune compromised and would like to present/participate, please contact gsnz@confer.co.nz and we will try facilitate you as best as we can. 

The full registration fee includes:

  • Entry to all conference sessions, exhibition and poster display
  • Morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas during the conference
  • Icebreaker Reception - Monday 23 November (RSVP required)

The full registration fee excludes:

  • Pre/Post conference Field Trips & Workshops
  • The Conference Dinner on Tuesday 24 November
  • Accommodation - please visit the accommodation page for suggestions.
  • Travel and transfers

Members

Members will be required to provide proof of membership during online registration. Please have the following at hand when registering:

  • A copy of your membership fees receipt or proof of membership fee payment for the current year, that can be uploaded with your registration.
  • Your membership number (if know)

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to gsnz@confer.co.nz.
Cancellations received on or before 30 October 2020 will be charged an administration fee of $100.
No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 30 October (including “no shows” at the conference).
Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
If the in-person event has to be changed to a virtual format, registration fees will be adjusted accordingly. Delegates who have already registered will receive a partial refund for any difference in registration fees from the in-person fees to the virtual fees.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
