We are glad to offer some great rates at a number of different accommodation options.

We'd like to encourage you to all stay at the conference hotels as this will mean that everyone's in the same place giving more opportunity for you to network with new friends outside of the conference hours. Please take note of the cancellation policy in the descriptions below as each hotel may differ. All rooms and rates are subject to availability. We strongly recommend booking early to avoid missing out on your preferred hotel.

All hotels are about a 3-5 min. drive or a 20 min. walk from the Conference Venue.
