Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are expressed in $NZ and include GST of 15%. For Group bookings or invoice payments, please contact the conference organisers before completing your registration, 8aese@confer.co.nz.
If you do request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to 8aese@confer.co.nz.
Cancellations received on or before 9 December 2019 will be charged an administration fee of $100.
No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 9 December 2019 (including “no shows” at the conference).
Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
