Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to PTHC2026@confer.co.nz
Cancellations received on or before 30 April 2026 will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 1 May 2026 (including “no shows” at the conference).
Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time at no additional cost.
Insurance It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
