June is the dry season in Samoa and to expect temperatures of 24 – 29C, lower humidity and sunny days – also peak tourist season, so book early for better deals and availability. Expect occasional short rain showers.
Pack lightweight clothing, sunscreen and plenty of insect repellent. We recommend loose, light-coloured long-sleeved shirts and long pants in Samoa to protect against mosquitoes, especially during dawn and dusk when they are most active; pair with repellent and consider permethrin-treated clothes for best results against dengue.
