The 2025 Organising committee are pleased to announce that full conference registration is complimentary this year through support from the PPTA PLD Fund.  

E manawareka ana te kōmiti whakahaere kia whakapuakina he koha te rēhitatanga tōpū mō te hui mā te tautoko o Te Pūtea PLD a te PPTA.  

This event has been developed by the Pūtea Whakawhanake Pouako | PPTA Learning and Development Centre team in collaboration with members of the Aotearoa New Zealand secondary school community and the Ministry of Education Te Tāhuhu o te Mātauranga. This event has received full funding from the Ministry of Education Te Tāhuhu o te Mātauranga.

I whakatūria tēnei kaupapa e te tīma o te Pūtea Whakawhanake Pouako ki te taha o ngā mema o te hapori o ngā kura tuarua i Aotearoa nei me te Tāhuhu o te Mātauranga. Katoa te pūtea i riro mai hei utu i tēnei kaupapa i tukua mai rā e Te Tāhuhu o te Mātauranga.

Registration Includes:         

  • Te whakaurunga ki ngā wāhanga katoa o te hui.
  • Ko ngā paramanawa o te ata, o te ahiahi me ngā wā kai rānui.
  • Ko te Kai Hākari mō te Tāite, te 15 o Āperira (me RSVP)
  • Entry to all conference sessions
  • Morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas during the Summit
  • Conference Dinner on Tuesday, 15 April (RSVP required)
  • Additional Conference Dinner tickets can be purchased for guests at $125

  • Please note there is no social function on Monday 14 April and the summit does not cover expenses for this meal.  

                                         

Refundable Booking Deposit 
refundable booking deposit of $110 from each delegate will be required during the registration process to secure your place and is payable by invoice or credit card. The booking deposit will be refunded after the conference (by 30 April 2025) to all delegates who attend the conference.  

Payment Options
The registration booking deposit includes New Zealand 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Please note that all payments must be made in advance and in New Zealand Dollars. 

Payments are managed by Conferences & Events Ltd. Conferences & Events is a New Zealand Business and all transactions are in NZ dollars and subject to GST (15%).

Invoices
If you require an invoice for your registration booking deposit, please contact the conference organiser on PPTAleadership@confer.co.nz  before completing your online registration form to receive a different registration link.

COVID 19
If you have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, stay at home and do not attend the conference.  Conference & Events Ltd will endeavour to ensure a safe environment but no responsibility is accepted by Conference & Events Ltd if a Covid 19 outbreak occurs during, or as a result of, the conference. There is a risk of exposure to Covid 19 at any public event. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and attending the conference, you accept this risk. Conference & Events Ltd and PPTA will not be held liable for the results of sickness occurring as a result of attendance at the conference.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate. Cancellations must be made in writing to the organising committee at PPTAleadership@confer.co.nz. The booking deposit will be refunded if a registration cancellation is received before the 14 March 2025, less a processing fee of $60.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date, including no-shows. 

Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
