The 2022 Organising committee are pleased to announce that full conference registration is complimentary this year through support from the PPTA PLD Fund.  

Ka hiahiatia he moni tāpui (ka whakahokia anō) o te $110 nō ia taraketi i a koe e rēhita ana kia mau ai tō wāhi, ā, ka utua mā te nama, mā te kāri taurewa rānei. Ka whakahokia te moni tāpui nō muri mai i te hui (hei te 31 o Hūrae) ki ngā taraketi katoa ka tae atu ki te hui.  

A refundable booking deposit of $110 from each delegate will be required during the registration process to secure your place and is payable by invoice or credit card. The booking deposit will be refunded after the conference (by the 31st July) to all delegates who attend the conference.  

The PPTA is offering a grant of $500 (including GST) towards flights, accommodation and childcare to enable yourself or one of your emerging or current women leaders to attend the National Leadership Summit.  Please note the deadline for this grant has expired.

Due to the current COVID situation it is recommended that delegates purchase flexible airfares in case of unforeseen changes. 

                                





Payment Options

The registration booking deposit includes New Zealand 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Please note that all payments must be made in advance and in New Zealand Dollars. 

Payments are managed by Conferences & Events Ltd.

Conferences & Events is a New Zealand Business and all transactions are in NZ dollars and subject to GST (15%).

COVID 19

Please see Unite against COVID-19 (covid19.govt.nz) for details on the latest government information regarding Covid 19. If you have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, stay at home and do not attend the conference. From government indications to date, all attendees will need to be fully vaccinated at the time of the conference to be able to attend. It is likely that you will be asked to present your vaccination pass on arrival. Conference & Events Ltd will endeavour to ensure a safe environment but no responsibility is accepted by Conference & Events Ltd if a Covid 91 outbreak occurs during, or as a result of, the conference. There is a risk of exposure to Covid 19 at any public event. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and attending the conference, you accept this risk. Conference & Events Ltd and PPTA will not be held liable for the results of sickness occurring as a result of attendance at the conference.

Registration cancellation and refund policy

We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate. Cancellations must be made in writing to the organising committee at PPTAleadership@confer.co.nz. The booking deposit will be refunded if a registration cancellation is received before the 13th June 2022, less a processing fee of $60.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date, including no-shows. 

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
