Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). A 3% transaction charge will be added to all fees. All fees are expressed in $NZ and include GST of 15%. For group bookings or invoice payments, please contact the conference organisers before completing your registration, physiomar@confer.co.nz.

Are you enrolled at a Canadian university? 

Physiomar 2021 with the support of RAQ will be offering funded registrations to selected students from Canada. To apply for funding support, you must:

  • Be enrolled at a Canadian university 
  • Submit an abstract and look for confirmation of support with your acceptance email


Terms & Conditions
  1. Standard rates apply after 31 July 2021. All fees to increase by $50.
  2. All registration fees are in NZ$ and include 15% GST. Pay by credit card (Mastercard or Visa). A 3% credit card transaction fee will be added to your total at check out.
  3. Payment is required at time of booking. If you need to pay by bank transfer please request this option by emailing physiomar@confer.co.nz. Delegates will not be able to gain entry to the conference without all fees paid.

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to physiomar@confer.co.nz. Cancellations received on or before 31 July 2021 will be charged an administration fee of $75 ($25 for virtual or student cancellations). No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 31 July 2021 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time without charge. Insurance is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Code of Conduct

We note the RSNZ Code of Ethics and expect participants in the conference to abide by this code. If you witness any breaches of this code, in particular discrimination or harassment, you are encouraged to immediately inform the alleged violator that their comments or behaviour are unwelcome. Individuals may be unaware that their conduct is offensive and are often willing to moderate their behaviour if so informed. However, please note that you are not required to directly address or confront a person you believe is discriminating against or harassing you or another person. You may wish to report the incident to the NZIP President (currently Natalie Plank) at president@nzip.org.nz. If the situation cannot be resolved locally, the matter may be referred to the RSNZ for consideration by their Ethics Panel, if appropriate.
