Both basic and applied
articles are welcome. Priority is given to ecosystem-based approaches to the
study of fishery and aquaculture social-ecological systems, including
biological, ecological, economic and social dimensions. Research on the
development of interdisciplinary methods and tools which can usefully support
the design, implementation and evaluation of alternative management strategies
for fisheries and/or aquaculture systems at different scales is particularly
welcome by the journal.
Marine Biotechnology welcomes high-quality research papers presenting novel data on the biotechnology of aquatic organisms. The journal publishes high quality papers in the areas of molecular biology, genomics, proteomics, cell biology, and biochemistry, and particularly encourages submissions of papers related to genome biology such as linkage mapping, large-scale gene discoveries, QTL analysis, physical mapping, and comparative and functional genome analysis. Papers on technological development and marine natural products should demonstrate innovation and novel applications.
A special issue is being arranged for papers from this conference submitted here.
Journal of Marine Science and Engineering (JMSE; ISSN 2077-1312) is an international, peer-reviewed open access journal which provides an advanced forum for studies related to marine science and engineering.
