There are two types of delegate registrations for this conference:

Standard delegates are staff members of Australian and New Zealand higher education institutions. Standard delegates will be verified with each institution.
Corporate delegates are colleagues from other organisations who are not standard delegates.

Standard Registration incl Functions	NZ$ 625 + GST	NZ$ 775 + GST
Corporate Registration incl Functions	NZ$ 1200 + GST	NZ$ 1350 + GST

Social Functions - Additional Tickets
Welcome Reception – Wednesday, 28 August Banquet Hall Parliament	NZ$ 50 + GST
Conference Dinner – Thursday, 29 August Te Papa Tongarewa, the Museum of New Zealand	NZ$ 100 + GST

Conference Registration Fees Include

Entrance to all conference sessions
Access to conference mobile app
Lunches, morning and afternoon teas
Attendance to the conference social functions

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to hosa2019@confer.co.nz.
Cancellations received on or before 17th July 2019 will be charged an administration fee of $100.
No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 17th July 2019 (including “no shows” at the conference).
Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and is your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
