Call for Contributions – Now Closed

The HoSA 2019 Organising Committee invites you to submit your contribution for consideration in the conference program.

The conference theme: Capitalising on Connections, explores the opportunities presented through collaborations and partnerships and the sense that we need to connect both within our institutions and externally with our partners and communities.

The Māori whakatauki (proverb), He waka eke noa (we are all in this canoe together), reminds us that we are embarked on a common cause and also that our movement forward is propelled by our shared efforts. Our time together will be a chance to reflect on how we can encourage and support each other, what direction we take and how we read the winds and seas of change that we must navigate.

Presentations topics associated with this theme could include:

  • Leading innovation and change
  • Sharing insights into service design and delivery: case studies on successful change
  • Reflecting on research and using data to improve performance
  • Investing in pathways to the future
  • Co-creating great service outcomes with students and stakeholders
  • Developing culture and expanding professional mindsets
