The full registration fee includes:

  • Entry to all conference sessions, exhibition and poster display
  • Lunch, morning teas and afternoon teas during the conference - Tuesday to Thursday
  • Icebreaker Reception - (RSVP required) 
  • The free pre-conference Workshops (limited spaces)
  • Lunchtime Tours and SIG Meetings

The full registration fee excludes:

  • Post-conference Field Trips (limited spaces)
  • 'Night at the Museum' Function
  • Conference Awards Dinner (limited spaces)
  • Accommodation - please visit the accommodation page for suggestions.
  • Travel and transfers

PLEASE NOTE: A One-Day registration includes entry to all conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea on the selected day. The Icebreaker Function is not included but tickets may be purchased. The pre-conference workshops are only available for full conference registrations. 

Require an invoice or registering a group booking?

  • If you are registering a GROUP, please contact gsnz@confer.co.nz before completing this form to request a group registration form
  • If you require an INVOICE for payment, then please email us at gsnz@confer.co.nz before starting the registration process to receive a separate link. If you request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

All fees are expressed in $NZ and include GST of 15%.
Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted with 2.5% surcharge). 

ECR Member Rate Criteria: please note that the cut off to qualify for the ECR Member Rate for the GSNZ 2024 Conference is three years or less from the completion of your most recent degree. This is in line with GSNZ ECR membership, which applies the same criteria.

Warning: Fraudulent websites and booking agencies

Please be aware of the proliferation of fraudulent websites impersonating legitimate conference websites and posing as booking agencies. For your safety we advise all attendees to use the official conference website for all conference related bookings for accommodation & registration.  Any other organisation contacting you to offer hotel rates should be ignored – they are most likely a scam.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to gsnz@confer.co.nz. 
  • Cancellations received on or before 25 October 2024 will be charged an administration fee of $100.
  • No refund will be given for registration cancellations received from 25 October 2024 including “no shows” at the conference.
  • Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.

To qualify for the reduced member fee you need to be a current financial, honorary or complimentary member. Your GSNZ membership status will be checked so please ensure your membership is up to date. New members are welcome to take advantage of this benefit but your membership subscription will need to be paid prior to your registration being made.
