All fees are expressed in $NZ and include GST of 15%. Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted with 2.5% surcharge). Alternatively you can select the option to pay by invoice. For Group bookings, please contact the conference organisers before completing your registration, gsnz@confer.co.nz.

If you request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

The full registration fee includes:

• Entry to all conference sessions, exhibition and poster display

Members

Members will be required to provide proof of membership during online registration. Please have the following at hand when registering:

• A copy of your membership fees receipt or proof of membership fee payment for the current year, that can be uploaded with your registration.
  
• Your membership number (if known)

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to gsnz@confer.co.nz.
Cancellations received on or before new dates to be advised will be charged an administration fee of $100.
No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 1 November 2022 (including “no shows” at the conference).
Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
If the in-person event has to be changed to a virtual format, registration fees will be adjusted accordingly. Delegates who have already registered will receive a partial refund for any difference in registration fees from the in-person fees to the virtual fees.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
