include the intended format for the session

- Session proposals should provide an opportunity to highlight strong research areas, controversial topics, special interest groups, and the outcomes of large research programmes and attract a critical number of abstracts in order to be included in the conference programme.
Review of Proposals and Notification of Conveners
All submissions will be reviewed by the programme committee, and submitters informed of the acceptance status via email in June. While similar sessions and those with low abstract submission numbers might have to be merged to avoid duplication and fit the conference programme, every effort will be made to find mutually acceptable solutions in collaboration with the respective lead conveners. The selected sessions will be included in the conference programme with abstract submission opening in June and closing in July. Registration
All convenors are required to register and pay the registration fee no later than the Early Bird deadline of 24 October 2025 to be included in the programme.
