**The organising committee reserves the right to make updates to fees up prior to the opening of registration bookings. Fees and registration inclusions are indicative until this time. Registration is expected to open in November or December 2026.
What Does Registration Include?
Full Registration
- Entrance to all conference sessions
- Access to Exhibition area
- Daily Catering (morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
- Monday Evening Ice Breaker Function (1 ticket included)
- Tuesday Poster Reception (1 ticket included)
- Wednesday Evening Conference Dinner (1 ticket included)
Not Included (Additional Cost)
- Additional tickets to the Conference Dinner on Wednesday 5 May.
- Field trips & workshops - may be required, please look out for updates
- Accommodation and travel, including insurance and any airport transfer.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to geohab2027@confer.co.nz. Cancellations received on or before 12 March 2027 will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 12 March 2027 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
