Conference Support

We have limited funds to support a small number of attendees from first nation or Pacific communities as well as developing economies. There is a NZ$7K limit on each application. Please CLICK HERE to download the application form for these funds.


Full Conference Registration (all 3 days) includes:

  • Entrance to all conference sessions
  • Morning and afternoon teas
  • Lunches
  • 1 ticket to Poster Session on 2 September

Full Registration does not include:

  • Ticket to Conference Dinner on 4 September (optional add-on)
  • Travel & Accommodation
  • Optional Field trips on 5 September

Day Registration (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) includes:

  • Entrance to all conference sessions of the day
  • Morning and afternoon tea of the day
  • Lunch of the day
  • 1 ticket to the social function of the day (except Conference Dinner)

Day Registration does not include:

  • Ticket to Conference Dinner on 4 September (optional add-on)
  • Travel & Accommodation
  • Optional Field trips on 5 September

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to emapi2025@confer.co.nz.
Cancellations received on or before Friday 4 July 2025 will be charged an administration fee of NZ$100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 4 July (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time. Please email us at emapi2025@confer.co.nz

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel/visa, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
