Registration for the conference is open to all persons interested and involved in the building construction industry. Members or staff from the organising committee organisations are eligible for member rate registration options.

For invoice payment, please contact us before completing registration. Please ensure payment is made within 7 days. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

Delegates are responsible for their own accommodation and travel including insurance and airport transfers.

(Restricted to a maximum of 20 students, on a first come first served basis)

Payment

Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are in $NZ. For group bookings, please contact the conference organisers before completing your registration, concrete@confer.co.nz.

If you do request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days or advise us if your organisation has a payment schedule that falls outside of this. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

Cancellation & refund policy

  • Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to concrete@confer.co.nz. 
  • Cancellations received on or before 16 September 2022 will be charged an administration fee of $100.
  • No refund will be given for registration cancellations received from 16 September 2022 including “no shows” at the conference.
  • Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time. 

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
