All trade exhibit booths include 2.3m high display panelling, fascia system with company name, lighting and power connections. All other display furniture (including tables) must be supplied by exhibitors themselves. Refreshment breaks and lunches will be provided for the duration of the conference. All catering will be served in the trade exhibition area.
Dress for all sessions is smart casual. Dress for the Friday dinner & Awards evening is formal (black tie optional).
Every effort will be made to ensure delegates with special needs are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance or catering, please give details on your registration form.
