Registration Acknowledgement

All registrations will be acknowledged by email.  It is therefore important that you include on your registration form the email address you would like your confirmation sent to, and write clearly.  If you do not receive an acknowledgement email, please check your junk/spam folder, then contact the team at Conferences & Events Ltd.

Trade Exhibitor Information

All trade exhibit booths include 2.3m high display panelling, fascia system with company name, lighting and power connections.  All other display furniture (including tables) must be supplied by exhibitors themselves.  All other display furniture (tables, electronics etc) must be supplied by exhibitors themselves, contact John Culpitt at BOP Event Hire, phone 0274 752 648 or email john@bopeventhire.co.nz.

Catering

Refreshment breaks and lunches will be provided for the duration of the conference. All catering will be served in the trade exhibition area.

Dress

Dress for all sessions is smart casual.  Dress for the Friday dinner & Awards evening is formal (black tie optional).

Special Requirements

Every effort will be made to ensure delegates with special needs are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance or catering, please give details on your registration form.
