The 2023 Organising committee are pleased to announce that full conference registration is complimentary this year through support from the PPTA PLD Fund.  

27.03.23 Important Update: In light of the increasingly difficult economic circumstances facing a lot of people at the moment, conference organisers have decided that a booking deposit will no longer be necessary to secure your place. With such a fantastic range of speakers and workshops, we do not want to prevent anyone who wants to attend the conference from doing so. If you have already paid a deposit, it will be refunded by 5 May 2023.

  • Gala Dinner on Monday 17th April (RSVP required).  * Update 11th April - due to catering capacity, we are unable to guarantee a Gala dinner ticket for late registrations this week.  You are welcome to tick the dinner ticket option and we will add your name to the waitlist and let you know if a seat becomes available.

  • Accommodation and travel 
Due to the current COVID situation it is recommended that delegates purchase flexible airfares in case of unforeseen changes. 


COVID 19

If you have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, stay at home and do not attend the conference. From government indications to date, all attendees will need to be fully vaccinated at the time of the conference to be able to attend.  PPTA & Conference & Events Ltd will endeavour to ensure a safe environment but no responsibility is accepted by PPTA or Conference & Events Ltd if a COVID-19 outbreak occurs during, or as a result of, the conference. There is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 at any public event. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and attending the conference, you accept this risk. Conference & Events Ltd and PPTA will not be held liable for the results of sickness occurring as a result of attendance at the conference.

Registration cancellation

We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate. Cancellations must be made in writing to the organising committee at pptaeducation@confer.co.nz

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
