We’re holding rooms at the Brentwood Hotel and encourage you to stay at the selected conference accommodation option as this gives you more opportunity to network with conference delegates outside of the conference hours. Due to the limited room capacity at The Brentwood we encourage you to join up with another delegate in a Twin room, this can be notified on the registration form.
Bookings can be made during your registration for the two nights only of Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th and include breakfasts. The conference will finish at lunchtime on Tuesday 11th allowing you time to travel home. Any additional payments at the hotel, such as a bar tab or phone calls are to be paid directly to the hotel provider.
Please note depending on current covid settings and venue policy, face masks and My Vaccine Passes may be a requirement of entry to the accommodation providers and the conference venue. Please also bring a second form of identification.

If you require flights, please provide details (Flying from, date, time, Airpoints number.) during your registration. You may also book your flights yourself and claim reimbursement after the conference.
An application for reimbursements may also be made for travel via public transport, driving, and taxis or uber within Wellington city. Please keep your receipts and we will email you post-conference with a reimbursement form to complete.
Driving: Mileage is paid at 82c per km. You do not need to provide receipts for mileage but please make a note of the distance travelled for the application. On routes where flights are readily available, and are significantly cheaper than driving but you would prefer to drive, we can offer an airfare equivalent.
