Registration Includes:
My Vaccine Passes will be a requirement of entry to the accommodation providers and the conference venue. All guests will be required to show their vaccine pass to be able to enter and stay at the hotel and venue. Please
also bring a second form of identification.
We understand that circumstances can change. At any
point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a
substitute delegate. It is appreciated that you advise the conference
organisers if you are no longer able to attend so catering numbers can be
adjusted accordingly. Email: pct@confer.co.nz.
Please see Unite against COVID-19 (covid19.govt.nz) for details on the latest government information regarding Covid 19. If you have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, stay at home and do not attend the conference. From government indications to date, all attendees will need to be fully vaccinated at the time of the conference to be able to attend. It is likely that you will be asked to present your vaccination pass on arrival. Conference & Events Ltd will endeavour to ensure a safe environment but no responsibility is accepted by Conference & Events Ltd if a Covid 91 outbreak occurs during, or as a result of, the conference. There is a risk of exposure to Covid 19 at any public event. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and attending the conference, you accept this risk. Conference & Events Ltd and PPTA will not be held liable for the results of sickness occurring as a result of attendance at the conference.
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical and travel expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
