Registration


The conference has finished. Thank you to those that registered and attended and we look forward to seeing you next year for another successful conference.


Registration is free this year thanks to the PPTA PLD Fund.   Delegates will, however, need to arrange their own travel and accommodation bookings and seek funding from their Kura or PPTA region.  Due to the current COVID situation it is recommended that delegates purchase flexible airfares in case of unforeseen changes.  

To attend the conference you must register and have received a confirmation email.

Registration Includes:

  • Entry to all conference sessions
  • Morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas
  • Conference Dinners 

Registration Excludes:

  • Accommodation and travel 

Note: PPTA members need to book their own travel and accommodation and seek funding from their Kura or PPTA region for costs. Please see the Accommodation page for options being held for delegates.

Registration cancellation and refund policy

We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate. It is appreciated that you advise the conference organisers if you are no longer able to attend so catering numbers can be adjusted accordingly.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
