Registration Fees

*Member registrations  - You must be a NZSEE member (Ordinary, Life, Young Professional or Student member) in order to register at the appropriate member rate.

Member Registrations are checked on a weekly basis - if found that you have registered at the member rate and you are not a member, you will receive an invoice to pay the difference of the non-member rate.

General Information

Childcare Services
We will endeavour to provide childcare services at the conference venue. Please register your interest via the registration form or email nzsee2026@confer.co.nz. 

Payment Options
Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa).

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to nzsee2026@confer.co.nz. Cancellations received on or before 27 February 2026 will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 27 February 2026 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.

Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
