The conference will now be FULLY ONLINE.  If COVID settings and restrictions closer to the time permit, there may be an option to join a hub in one of the main cities.  You will be asked to indicate your preference for fully virtual or hub attendance during the registration process.

The conference has finished, thanks to those who registered and attended.




Group Rates
We are offering the following group rates if you have a large number of people wishing to register from your organisation:

 Up to 10 virtual passes: $1500 +GST 
 Up to 20 virtual passes: $3000 +GST
 20+ virtual passes: $4000 + GST

 Please email nzsee2022@confer.co.nz to confirm which package you’d like to purchase and we’ll provide instructions on how to register your staff

*Member registrations

You need to be a NZSEE member (Ordinary, Life, Young Professional, or Student member) in order to register at the appropriate member rate.

  • Membership for NZ based students is free and you can join here.  
  • Membership is available as a Young Professional for those under 30 years of age and costs $65+GST per year. If you fit this membership criteria, but are not already a Young Professional Member of NZSEE, you can join here.   Otherwise,
  • Ordinary membership costs $130+GST per year and if you are not already a member you can  join here.  



                                                                 

Become a NZSEE Member

Sign up to become a NZSEE Member and benefit from discounted conference registration fees along with a number of other great benefits.

Engineers, scientists, architects, insurers, contractors, and all those who have an interest in earthquakes and their effects are eligible for membership. The membership year is 1 October to 30 September.

Admission to membership of the Society is subject to the approval of the Management Committee. ‘Ordinary’ (individual), ‘Young Professional’ (individual <30 years old) and ‘Corporate’ memberships are available, with a discount for full time students.

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to nzsee2022@confer.co.nz.
Cancellations received on or before 8 April 2022 will be charged an administration fee of $100.
No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 8 April 2022 (including “no shows” at the conference).
Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.

COVID-19

As at 23 Feb 2022:  If you have already registered for the conference, you have the option of either a full refund or transfer to a virtual registration, we will refund any difference in price . In the case of cancellation, you will be fully refunded.
