Our conference is an important time to reconnect with colleagues, old friends and to make new connections. The social events planned at this conference are an important part of the rejuvenation process. We all need a break away and in support of this here are some fun and tasty offerings to look forward to!

Informal Meet & Greet

Tuesday 1 August, 5.30-7.30pm 

Venue: Shed22 ( former Macs Brewbar) Wellington, 4 Taranaki Street

A great opportunity to catch up with old friends and colleagues before the conference begins. 

As this is an informal gathering no food or beverages will be provided, however you will be able to purchase items at your own expense.



Networking Reception

Wednesday 2 August, 4pm 

Venue: Tākina - Level 1, 217 Wakefield Street

Hosted in the exhibition area at the end of the first conference day, join your colleagues and our supporters as we relax together over nibbles and drinks.


Gala Dinner

Thursday 3 August 

Venue: Tākina - Level 1, 217 Wakefield Street

Start the evening with pre-drinks in the foyer & exhibition area looking out over the city with a musical duo performing. 

Sit down to a dinner kickstarted by That Awesome Guy Cam Calkoen. A band will close out an evening of yummy kai and give you a chance to get on the dance floor. Semi-formal dress.
