NOTE: NASDAP is committed to hosting an in-person conference in 2021. If COVID forces a date change for the event then registrations can be:
- transferred at no additional cost,
- substituted at no additional cost,
- or cancelled and refunded less a $100 administration fee to assist NASDAP in reducing losses.

Payment
Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are expressed in $NZ and include GST of 15%. For group bookings, please contact the conference organisers before completing your registration, nasdap@confer.co.nz.
If you do request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days or advise us if your organisation has a payment schedule that falls outside of this. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

Cancellation & refund policy
- Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to nasdap@confer.co.nz.
- Cancellations received on or before 18 June 2021 will be charged an administration fee of $100.
- No refund will be given for registration cancellations received from 19 June 2021 including “no shows” at the conference.
- Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
