Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are expressed in $NZ and exclude GST of 15%. For Group bookings or invoice payments, please contact us before completing your registration.

If you do request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

Full Conference Registration includes:

The full registration fee does not include:

  • Conference Dinner ticket for Thursday 18 August


One-Day Conference Registration (Thursday or Friday) includes:

  • Entry to all conference sessions on your selected day
  • Morning tea, lunches and afternoon tea on your day of attendance

The One Day registration fee does not include:

  • Entry to Wednesday workshop session
  • Conference Dinner ticket for Thursday 18 August


Workshop Registration (Wednesday) includes:

  • Entry to Workshop sessions
  • Lunch for morning workshop attendees
  • Afternoon tea and Welcome Function on Wednesday 

Become a NZTIWF Member

NZTIWF is comprised of representatives from all sectors of the industry including scientists, Regional and Territorial Authorities, engineers, suppliers and liquid waste operators. The group is primarily focused on providing real time solutions to issues facing the Industry, developing national standards and working together as an industry to develop sustainable processes that protect infrastructure and the environment.

There are four categories of membership (excl. GST) :

  • Corporate @ $345.00 up to 3 members; additional members @ $75.00 (max 8 members in total)

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to industrialwaters@confer.co.nz.
Cancellations received on or before Friday 1 July 2022 will be charged an administration fee of $100.
No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 1 July (including “no shows” at the conference).
Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time. Please email us at industrialwaters@confer.co.nz
If the in-person event has to be changed to a virtual format, registration fees will be adjusted accordingly. Delegates who have already registered will receive a partial refund for any difference in registration fees from the in-person fees to the virtual fees.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
